I applied online for an RN position. I never heard anything so I emailed the HR department and the next day I received an email from a recruiter. He stated that he would like to know what days/times would work for me to set up a phone interview. I replied to the email the same day with days and times and never heard anything. No follow up email or phone call. After several days I emailed HR again to inquire because I really wanted an interview and today I received an email stating they went with another candidate. Very unprofessional in my opinion. One day my resume is a fit and they are looking forward to talking with me and then they have gone with another candidate. Glad I didn’t get a call now because I wouldn’t want to work for a company that deals with people this way.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Premise Health (New York, NY) en mai 2025
Entretien
The interview was virtual and was pretty laid back and they do their best to make you feel comfortable. I wasn't what they were looking for though but lasts about 30 minutes. They wanted someone who knows how to utilize their time in a slower paced environment so I was told.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Premise Health
Entretien
The company's recruiting staff were very responsive initially. I met with a recruiter first and then was scheduled with a hiring manager on a different day. Both interviews were virtual. The hiring manager was a no show for the interview. I emailed and they apologized, and we rescheduled. I interviewed and was instructed at the end of my interview to email my availability over the next two weeks to meet with on-site leadership which I did. I never received any response. I noticed the job title has changed recently too.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Very basic and focused on my skills and work history.
It consisted of a recruiter reaching out to me and then a director reaching out. It was an average interview that lasted for about an hour. It was like every nursing interview that asked about situational questions.
