There was a phone interview and resume review. The recruiter's style is very unprofessional - she comes off like I'm desperate or owe her something. I have a full time and was just putting feelers out, so neither are true. It's too bad.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. They all lasted 30-45 mins and everyone was so lovely to speak with. I was asked about my prior experience, my recruiting methods and what I’m looking for in my next opportunity.
