I saw the job posted online and submitted my resume. I got called by HR and did a quick phone interview when she called. We scheduled an in-person interview with one of the company owners for the next day. He was well prepared with what the job would entail and asked great questions. He asked me to come back the next day to meet with the other company owner. A totally different vibe on that interview, but equally good. The final step was an in-person meeting with the HR woman who asked for references at the end of that interview. I got a phone call to offer me the job and I asked quite a few questions which were all answered in that phone call.
