TLDR; had a 16 minute interview that was supposed to be 1 hour. I suggest caution with this company if you are selected for interview.
My application to interview process was as such: I applied and not long after, I receive an email saying that my resume was selected to move forward. I was then asked to take 2 assessments. I'm assuming I did fine because after that assessment, I was set up with a video interview with a C level executive and general counsel. I thought this was strange given that I had yet to speak to a recruiter. But I thought that maybe they wanted to move really quickly. Right before the interview, I receive an email asking for it to be rescheduled for later on in the day. I accept the new calendar invite. At the beginning of the interview, I noticed only one person was on there. We had a brief pleasant exchange and I was then asked to give an overview of my experience. The video interview was supposed to be an hour but 16 minutes in, I was thanked for my time. I know I didn't say anything offensive or weird because I have gone over my experience several times as practice.
This was a very bad interview experience. PRL: please don't do this to any other candidates moving forward. Do a better job at screening and making sure that the right candidates are moving forward since the candidates do set aside time to prepare. I didn't even receive a rejection letter or a response from the recruiter via email after that.
