Easy interview because the job is terrible and they will take anyone with phone skills. All you need to be able to do is pick up the phone and harass people on a daily basis. If you can read and speak clearly then you are the person for the job.

Sit down with store manager at specific location. Talk through job openings and day to day tasks of the job. Needed to sign up for background check. Toured the store and met some of the other employees.
