I was an internal referral. Had HR Screening call within 10 hours of my resume being received. (When I submitted the application on my own on their website, I never heard anything back.) I had a phone interview with the VP for the area the next day. One week later, face to face with VP. I sent a thank you note and never heard back until the position was posted again on their career site. I reached out to HR who confirmed they moved on with other candidates. They didn't have the decency to tell me I was not selected.
