Very informal. Had to wait past my scheduled time. Kinda disorganized (predictor of the job to come). I asked what the rest of the process looked like for them -- they said if I got the job I would hear from them by Friday and if I didn't then I would never hear from them again. I did get the offer, but not until late the following Monday. Beginning of the long pattern of deceptions.
