Interview went as a conversation, where they tried to figure out your qualities. It was not hard, but it took a while, also you had to obtain American Red cross certification and pass a training, so basically there were several stages of interview. Which started from simple convo and ended up successfully passing or failing the training. If you failed, it's obvious, you wouldn't get the job.
