Ghosted after three rounds of interviews - super unprofessional. Standard process: phone screen w HR, then phone screen w hiring manager, then a series of interviews: 1 with the team, 1 with the VP of the comms group, and 1 with the hiring manager again. I reached out to them asking for an update and there hadn't been a decision made, and then they never got back to me to say I didn't get the job.
