They seemed to care about the persona and also their skills during the interview. The interviewer was super kind and cool. There were two interviews, the screening and the staff interview

Entretien
It was very friendly and accurate. Initially, we had to submit everything in writting, if the responses were according to the employer's expectations we would need to send proof of our language performance in English and then move to a 3 round of virtual interviews with HR, the management team and the coworkers.
