HR call was fine, sent over an instruction for the next round about interview etiquette (how to dress, how to act) and be prepared to “defence yourself as interviewers will hesitate to hire you” 1st round: 2 members going over competency qs and suddenly threw in case study while I was talking about my experience. Case study started, one was on their phone or messaging someone, you can tell by seeing how their face reacting to something they’re reading. Both were not listening. Then went over maths problems, the person scrolled up to check the answer and looked so bored that it was correct. Ironic of them to send out a letter of instruction with a patronising tone on what to do, then have the interviewer do the opposite of that. If this is what management level is within this company, it’s not a good sign.

This straightforward six-round process begins with an initial HR call followed by an assignment. Next is a case study and then a behaviour/situation assessment. Finally, there’s an in-person case study.
