There was an initial phone screen, then an in-person interview with 2 of the department managers. Phone screen was run-of-the-mill work history. The in-person interview asked basic questions about experience, work ethic, company knowledge. I felt both interviews went well, and I was told I would be contacted once the final hiring decision was made. I was never contacted, and follow-up emails were ignored.
