I applied online and was contacted by the hiring manager to set up a phone interview within 24 hours of applying. Following the phone interview, I came into the office to meet with 2 team members in person. The next round was a more casual lunch where we discussed the role and how Preact envisioned shaping the role to meet my skills. The last round was another in-person, this time with the CEO and Founder. Throughout the process, everyone at Preact was extremely friendly and professional, and I got the sense that "fit" was very important. The entire process took less than a month.
