Was contacted by their recruiter 2 weeks after I applied and sent their calendar to fill out my availability. I filled it out right away and didn't hear back after 5 days so I inquired, only to be told that their HR team sent me an invite. I never received anything (including in my Spam folder) I tried to schedule another meeting but was told they were super busy. I inquired again and was told that I told them I was no longer available. What I told them is that I wasn't available on the Friday they suggested we meet. The whole experience made them look very disorganized and unprofessional which is great since I don't want to work for a low-quality employer anyway.
