Entretien
Only took about an hour and only met with my direct manager. Very comfortable experience, but I could tell he/she was looking for certain answers. Swaying from his/her opinion may have cost me the job, but luckily everything worked out OK.
Although the 1:1 made things more simple and relatively quick, it does has its downfalls. Suppose you didn't get along great with the direct manager, but you would be great for another position. Since you are not interviewing with HR or co-workers, you will go unnoticed and have to apply for other jobs directly, rather than HR finding a spot for you.

Moderately quick process from interview to decision. based on gov funding and business needs so postings can appear or disappear at any moment. If you know your experience well and how it can transfer over, very straightforward interview

The interview process was straightforward enough. However, the overall management and organization were an absolute fiasco. It was a very misleading process since I was informed shortly after the interview that the team was working on my offer which indicated that I was selected and would soon receive the offer letter. Needless to say, that did not happen, and was later informed I was not selected for the position. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience that deceived me and also wasted a lot of my time. This means, that unless you have the offer in your hands, do not trust the comments from the hiring team for this company.

Entretien
I applied online and was emailed shortly thereafter about scheduling a phone interview. The interview consisted of 4-5 behavioral questions, then I was offered the job at the end of the interview questions.
