Applied online for a position since I needed to relocate to New England area. Got phone interview and on site interview in one of the superdays. Interview was laid back. Needed to do a presentation about the recent project handled. The interviewer were communicative and friendly. There were 3 rounds of other interviews, one was with HR. Got offer in one week.

After a phone interview I was asked to go to their East Hartford office for a super day. They asked me to prepare a technical presentation to present to 3 managers. They were kind and asked about my project while allowing me to ask questions about the company and the job.
