No feedback at all. Horrible experience for a company in a remote place with low salaries. Result: the positions are posted for several months!
I did a double interview with HR and Hiring Manager by phone. Second phase was to deliver a case visualization study which I had. I didn't had any feedback at all (it was almost 2 months ago). Very disrespectful! And all that to work in a tiny city in a remote place and with a low salary!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basic HR questions such as: tell me about your current job.
Questions about Tableau and about data structure.

First round: Video Interview:
I had to answer 5 questions and need to record the video. All questions were easy and basic, so it was very simple round.
Second round: Telephonic interview:
A panel of two team leads, director, and two program managers took the interview. It lasted for 45 mins and asked many questions. These questions were mainly related to technical requirements.
Third round: 2 Case Studies:
The first case study was related to HR management. The data was downloaded from Kaggle.
The second case study was related to UK accidents. The data for this case study was asked to download from UK government website.
Both case studies took approximate 8 hours to complete which is equal to 1 working day.
Fourth round: Face to face interview
Pramerica is located in Letterkenny which is rural part and very north point of Ireland. It takes 5 hours to go there from Dublin City, so total 10-hour traveling.
The interview was with the again same panel which was there for a telephonic interview. This was the last round in the hiring process, and only one team lead and one program manager was available for the interview.
We waited for others to join in the last round but no one else turned up. This was very disappointing after traveling 5 hours.
Interview questions were related to career goals and about the case studies.
Feedback:
I got the call from HR after 2 days for asking questions,
1. What salary are you expecting? We don’t offer big salary as we live in rural area where expenses are less.
2. What visa do you have? (Visa details already provided but still the same question.)
3. You have less experience, we will offer you junior role? (maybe to reduce the salary, If experience was less then why you wasted my this much time, better to say no after receiving CV)
1 month later I got another call,
1. When will you be able to join?
2. What visa do you have? (This time it was very frustrating but still, I replied with full interests.)
After this, I did not hear anything from them for 3 weeks and then I sent the follow-up email,
I got the revert to follow-up email as we are keeping this role on hold. You look for another opportunity at our career portal. (Who want to waste more time now)
This company recruitment process is just waste of time. Either get the reference from company employee or show them 10 years of experience.
I won’t recommend this company to anyone as if you get the job then also the salary will be a big problem if you want to pursue new role later. The new company will ask for your current package which will be very less and then your new package will be very less to compare to your experience.
