Went through two interviews, one with the team lead and the other with the team lead and the CEO of the company inside practicetek. Both interviews were relaxed, and involved me showing and explaining code snippets I previously worked on, as well as discussing technologies involved. There was a big emphasis on finding a cultural fit and someone who works independently and can communicate effectively.
