The process involved an initial call with a recruiter, followed by pre-recorded competency-based questions. The early stages were straightforward and well organised.
However, after the interview, I received feedback that was provided directly by the founder. The tone of this feedback was surprisingly negative and personal, and included several incorrect assumptions about my background. There was no opportunity to clarify or respond to these points. This was unexpected, especially coming from the founder, and didn’t reflect the professionalism of the earlier stages of the process.
