They claim something else and do something else. Interviews was good, interviewers were polite but seriously do not believe what HRs are saying.
They claimed in starting they will give good hike and confirmed figure too but in end they offered me even far far less then what i was already holding.

Followed by a second technical round where it focuses more on the tech mentioned.

3 rounds of interviews: Lead Engineer, Director, and VP. Granularity of technical questions decreases as you move up the chain. Interviews were about 30 minutes each. Process took about 1 month total.
