Received an email asking me to fill out an online test. 50 questions, 15 minutes to answer, get through as many as possible. After the test, took about a month for some sort of automated response. Never interacted with a person.

The process was great, and each conversation I had was natural, honest, candid, and incredibly insightful into the role and into PowerSchool. I got along great with the Hiring Manager (my now future manager), and that was one of the main reasons why I enthusiastically joined the team!

Initially , I was asked to complete a logical reasoning assignment followed by an assignment on introducing new features to some existing products . This was a highly time taking task . Somehow invested 2 days and managed to submit the assignment .
This was followed by interview round 1
Round 2 , at 9 pm in the night
Round 3 , 11 pm in the night , on the same day
Round 4 , director interview .
Multiple HR calls to schedule these rounds .
Finally , even after a month , never heard back from them .
Called 5-6 times just to hear " your profile is still being evaluated " .
When you don't have a clarity on what you are looking for , in a candidate , please don't waste precious time . When someone invested so much time in the process , atleast be professional enough to give them a " yes " or " no " instead of keeping them on hold . It speaks volumes about your work culture !
Cheers !
