HR asked about my previous job and responsibility Asked about my experience and knowledge. Manager asked about my project experienced and the way I solved problems in projects. Also asked about my knowledge about flow meters and installation experience.

It was a relax setting.(2.5yrs ago) Questionnaire was handed over and asked to be filled up. The MD marked the papers in front of me. Now I think it was done by a panel of managers. Your thoughts need to be more sales oriented and supportive to be more successful. (Even if you are applying for technical job)
