Initial phone call screening. Zoom interview. In-person interview. I was repeatedly asked the same questions all 3 times. At the end, he said that he wanted to schedule another in-person interview for me, and that I would get a call the next day. I didn't get a call. Instead, I got a rejection Email at the end of the week AFTER I had followed up. I'm totally fine with not being picked, but I don't understand telling someone to expect a call and another interview and rejecting them via Email instead.

So far they have been extremely communicative. Jimmy called me within 1 day of me submitting my application, explained the precess, and moved me to the next step of the interview. I have high hopes.
