They call and do a phone screening, after that you are offered an interview at the rosemont office. Some people are offered job on the spot some have multiple interviews. Show up in a suit and tie and just be transparent. It is you and one of the vps just having a very casual conversation. They just want to get to know you as a person and see if there is a fit. It is not a quiz type interview or difficult in any way. Just two people having a conversation. It was one of the smoother interviews I have experienced in my life.

First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.
