It's a sales tactic, the same as they teach their salespeople to use. It's a one on one interview which is like a roller coaster ride of exciting comments then ways to bring you down to earth to somewhat scare you about the job.

First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.

Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.

Interviewed with HR first and then hiring manager. Typical STAR based questions. Be prepared to share why you want the job. The process took about 2 weeks from start to finish.
