My interview was with the Director of Warranty Service and the Chief Operations Officer. They gave me a history of the company, and asked about me and my experience. They threw out a couple of scenarios and asked how I would handle them. We had a nice conversation as well. The whole interview was roughly 45 minutes to an hour

My case was special as I was recommended by my employer (who I knew for 4 years prior). It was very relaxed as we both asked eachother a number of questions concerning my role in the company and what I can expect from myself as well as the company. Employer was very straight forward and deliberate during entire interview.
