It starts with a phone interview. It is very different than your typical phone interview, more of an opportunity for the office recruiter to get to know you. It is also a time to hear about the company and about the positions available. After that you will be invited for an in person interview with the RVP. After that if you impress you may be invited for a second interview and then a potential job offer. Then you begin training soon after that.

They call and talk to you for a while on the phone then bring you in for a few step process interview. The phone call feels long and value-bringing however remember it is still a door-to-door sales job.
