Interview process is very straight forward. Everyone one is extremely nice. You will work with a recruiter who will speak with you first then you will meet with two sales managers.

2 very short phone calls for their Nashville office. They were 30 minutes late to my first call and an hour early on my second call. The first call went great. It was very easy, typical interview questions. He said I'm exactly the person they are looking for and moved me on to the next step. The second call was also very standard with a brief mock sales call mentioned below. They said they would follow up before Christmas. They never called or emailed. I told them I have a job already and the reason I'm looking for something else is because I don't feel like I'm being paid competitively. Yet I was shocked that they never followed up at all.
