The interview process consists of the - Screening round - Culture fit round - Technical interview - 2 - System Design The overall interview process was good till HR ghosted me! It happened after completing the 2nd technical round, HR scheduled the system design round, however, the interview has been canceled before 10 minutes as the Interviewer had some medical emergency. then ghosting happed.

Was contacted by a recruiter, had the intro call for aligning on the role. From there, hiring manager interview to gather insights around your previous experiences and impact. Then, an onsite which consisted of Systems Design, FE UI interview, and a product sense interview. Process took like 5 weeks. I say 'like 5 weeks' because I was the one who did most of the rescheduling due to personal reasons. They can move more quickly if you want to. Every interview I had was treated more like a conversation than a grilling where you're expected to have the optimized answer or solution. I enjoyed the process as a whole and the folks interviewing seemed smart, approachable, and nice to work with.
