The interview was so smooth and stressful. It was like i was already part of the team. The questions asked were based on both personal experiences and work experiences. And why i choose to work with them.

The interview process was really nice and straight forward. I felt really comfortable with how I was welcomed and really felt listened to throughout my interview. I feel like it's great that part of the interview includes interacting with the service users as it gives them the opportunity to be involved in the employment process which I feel is extremely important.
