The process is very disheartening. I passed the recruiter interview and the hiring manager likes me, got a positive feedback, went ahead to 4hrs panel interview, I was told the team likes me, they asked for references even before offer letter. I was later told that I fit perfectly well with the company culture but I didn't answer few questions to one team members satisfied...I concluded that maybe its because I didn't look like the team member and he doesn't like my type of people. I honestly felt discriminated against. If you check the company page on LinkedIn you will see that they only have certain type of people on their team. I wasted more than 8hours of my life on this job interviews with a green light and was later turn down even after speaking to my references. That is very not nice and discrimatory.
