Very casual and more of just a conversation. They gave me a free single origin espresso. Just basically had a conversation about coffee and being able to help customers. He gave me some scenarios that might happen with customers and how I might deal with them. Overall it was very positive and more of two people have a normal conversations.

Applied online and it took them a while to get back to me but when they did it was an invitation to an open interview. not what i was expecting (thought it would be a more formal interview) but it was fine. I did have to wait a while for them to get to me.
