Initial phone cal from recruitment team. This was a general get to know you chat and i was put forward to the manager based off this. The interview was a casual conversation styled interview with the practice manager. Some pre prepared questions around the role and it's challenges and why I'd be a good fit

Received a phone call from Recruiter and when I mentioned I'm on a High Potential Visa he asked "Do you really think a Receptionist role is High Potential?" Then proceeded to tell me how low the pay is (under 23k pounds). Undervaluing your team is so unprofessional. Do better
A conversation type interview with questions around various scenarios and how I would respond in given situations. The interview was friendly but professional. I was interviewed by the Practice Manager and Reception Lead
