The CEA was nearby and invited me to meet in person. We followed up that meeting with phone calls, emails & texts. Upon receiving an offer, he and another company leader flew out to meet me and complete my onboarding in person. They also sent me a substantial package including all of the items I would need (polos, laptop, etc.) as well as gifts and some extremely valuable reading material that offered insight into how the philosophy and future of the business.
