First contact was a call from General Manager to ask if I had the required computer skills and arranging a "skills test" on various software. I came in and took the test (Excel, Word, etc) and talked briefly about the company and job. GM told me that the process would include 2 interviews (with higher ups) if I was asked back. I was told that I would probably be called for said interviews...within a few weeks the GM left and the company has now reopened both of these positions (4/2013).
