3 interview rounds post HR screening. First an analytical assessment followed by two case studies with senior employees. Analytical assessment was focused on technical capabilities and work planning. Case studies were more tailored to actual work that employees are expected to do.

Entretien
Same process as from mentioned years before. Seemed to be very critical of small items and even when asking clarifying questions they wouldn’t give a full answer. Had 2 out of the 4 interviews be rescheduled last minute. Final interview with partner was rescheduled almost 3 times for no reason only to figure out he was on a non-communicated vacation. Unprofessional at the end of last interview asking for salary not to waste everyone’s time for approval after going through 4 rounds of interviews. Look elsewhere as pay is extremely low compared to other firms.

The entire process took 6 business days, visited Sydney office on 3 occasions:
Occasion 1. Cultural fit chat with an Associate Director
Occasion 2. Analytical Test (Excel based, focused on procurement/spending analysis)
Occasion 3. Director Interview, Conceptual thinking test and Case Study.
