Interview process was fairly lengthy (5 months from application to offer) and required a bit of patience to navigate. I was employed so I didn't feel the pressure to find a job right away. I suspect the process took a little longer with the current outage season and employees taking vacation. Series of screening calls with the recruiter and hiring manager, and two formal interviews with the team. I felt like the two formal interviews were a little redundant with the exception of remote vs. in person. All the employees at PGE were friendly during the process and responsive to any questions I had. Recruiter had a good knowledge of the team and provided a good overview of the organization structure.
