There was an online interview with around 4 people and then a facw to face panel interview where you had to present a pre prepared slide deck and answer more interview questions
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Porterhouse Medical (Reading, Angleterre) en mars 2020
Entretien
I have been recently employed by Porterhouse Medical as an Account Executive, I thought I could shed some light as to how I found the interview process during the coronavirus pandemic.
My first interview was two weeks before their offices closed due to lockdown being enforced. It was a standard first interview, questions relating to my qualifications and skills in relation to the role and an introduction to Porterhouse and its values. It was honestly the most enjoyable interview I have experienced, I did not feel nervous at all as everyone was so welcoming. I was asked back for a second interview, but this was cancelled due to the lockdown. They were honest and said they were interested but did not know how things were going to play over the next few months. They would be in touch as soon as recruitment started up again.
A few months later I got an email asking if I was still available for the second interview. This involved a presentation exercise based on a brief of their choosing. I interviewed remotely over Zoom to an interview panel. The interview went well and I was offered the position.
I am now working remotely at home and have been provided with a company laptop and an additional monitor. The on-boarding process has been different but enjoyable. Whilst I have not had the chance to experience the usual social aspects of being in the office, I have been made to feel very welcome. I have been given regular Teams meetings with individual team members so I can get to know everyone and Porterhouse’s friendly atmosphere remains even online.
