First is the telephonic interview with QM and then in person interview with QM and Plant manager. They expect you to be positive and interesting while working with people. Telephonic interview emphasis on attitude and basic Quality Concepts; Onsite was focused on TS AIAG documentation, GD&T knowledge and willingness to work longer hours
