Entretien
I applied online and after a few days got an email with some follow-up questions on my availability. We then scheduled an (over-the-phone) interview. The first part was in German, we later switched to English.
An employee from the respective department first introduced himself, the department and the vacancy. Later, I got to introduce myself and go over my resume. A few specific questions relating to the vacancy followed, and we ended with some questions on e.g. my strengths/weaknesses and expectations.

One way recorded interview first, then a panel interview for the most part was somewhat laid back and went over experience on my resume. Definitely research the department and responsibilities to have an understanding of your expectations if you were to get hired.
There is only 1 stage in the whole interview process for interns. Hiring team interview usually held in person, will last about an hour. Come prepared knowing about the brand.
Had a fantastic experience with back-to-back customer support! Three different people asked detailed questions about my experience, making sure everything was covered. Felt valued and well-informed throughout. Highly recommend for excellent interview experiences!
