Steps include: 1. Phone screen, 2. recording video and sending, 3. live video interview, 4. face-to-face interview. Worst interviewer ever - i dont think HM was even interested in talking to me. There was a lot of background noise (like someone was scratching his mic kind of noise), and when I pointed it out, he said something is wrong with my headphone - which was not the case at all. He asked me to put my video on and switched off his video saying its not working. Total sham. I could not see him, but I am very sure someone had a gun on his head and made him conduct this video interview. I lost interest in the video call from that point on.
