I arrived at PMI, dr. Gupta he brought me into a room and told me that things are crazy there. Did I have experience with managing employees and upper management, then he said to follow him around and see what happens. I followed him around within two minutes he was at the engineering department screaming and yelling and somebody's face and they were screaming and yelling back at him. I was very upfront and honest with him and told him I would never deal with that type of behavior from him nor an employee. That was the extent of my interview. He called me and I started work. When I arrived there is no office that up for me it was a storage room and I had to help clean it out.
