A recruitment agency reached out to me and set up a quick phone screen. After that, I had a phone call with the hiring manager who is based in Ireland (HQ). He was very nice and asked pretty basic questions and answered a lot of mine. They sent me a personality quiz online. Next step was an in person interview in Waltham where I would be interviewed by the hiring manager and the SVP. The hiring manager wasn't there he ended up joining remotely. The SVP came in late. The interview was pretty straightforward, no tough technical questions. They were mostly interested in understanding how you learn and how you work. They mentioned they like ambition and promote a lot internally. There was going to be a follow up interview/presentation but I accepted another offer before that happened.
