On the first interview, I met for an hour with the Senior Product Manager and an hour with the Senior Developer. There were more technical questions I could easily answer and I offered new solutions for multiple warehouse inventory management. It was more of a discussion. One the second interview, I met with 3 more people for 30-45 minutes each. Director of Engineering, Director of Business and then the VP of Operations. Nearly the same talks with the first two but then the VP of Operations asked questions that were not in my wheelhouse to answer. If it were up to the first 4, I probably would be at Poppin but I wasn't an expert at interviewing so I fumbled with the VP of Ops.
