It was relaxed and sincere. They genuinely wanted to learn about me and how I worked and perceived things. I get extremely nervous in interviews and they were so disarming & genuine that I credit them for having a good interview and ultimately getting the job. That said, for me, it was a total of 3 interviews; the final one was a technical interview. I was presented with two case studies and had up to a week to finish and present it to them.
