Called another Popeyes and asked about the new location they were opening, they said I could come and fill out my application and do an interview the next day. Went in did those things, she asked me a few personal questions. And said I got the job, I filled out my W-4 (I live in New Jersey), signed my hour comfirmation, and since i'm a minor she said I could bring my working papers in the next day.

It was a cool interview. The manager explained that I scored an 88 based on my responses from the job application. He basically looked at my responses and asked me to tell him about myself. At the end of the interview, he discussed how we're only allowed 2 call outs a month and we have to provide proof. More than 2 call outs and we will be put in the system as terminated. Then he explained that if we take more than 5 personal days we will be terminated automatically as well. He discussed hygiene, dress code, punctuality, and good customer service.

I applied online and the hiring manager replied me the next day. I was scheduled for an interview the next day.. It was very quick so i didn't have much time to prepare for the interview. When I got there, (i arrived early obviously) the manager was there and we had our interview. It was very quick and relaxed. It was like talking to a friend.. He only asked a few basic questions. The interview was about 15 minutes. It was very quick and simple. I got a call a week after regarding the position.
