The interview process felt a bit disorganized and lacked clarity. Some questions seemed unrelated to the role, and the atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming. There were moments when I felt the process was biased, making it difficult to showcase my skills fairly.

Entretien
I had applied as an experienced candidate and had to go through a three round interview process. The first round consisted of writing an essay about my favorite hero. The second round was a technical interview by a panel consisting of 3 members. The questions were mostly related to web hosting technologies like IIS, Mail and general Windows administration. There were no questions about Active Directory. The final round was an HR interview with a member of the executive team. I was asked the usual soft skill assessment questions. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? What motivates you about system administration? to name a few questions.
