Then you will get a live interview. 1 on 1 with the HR, then asked a series of questions (google top 10 interview questions) including why you want to work there, your 5 year plan, if you are comfortable working in that environment, if you can lift up to 50 lbs, etc. Within 3 days you will get a confirmation call if you made it or not.
