Entretien
Easy going, basic questions, super nice lady. I really had a nice conversation about what my role would be and how I could get started professionally. Think a little before you answer each question as two maybe very detailed about prior experiences

Question 1
What was one thing you took away from your previous role?
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Politico (Arlington, VA) en avr. 2018
Entretien
Five rounds of thirty-minute one-on-one interviews. Everyone was pretty friendly, though I did get the impression that some of them wanted to rush through it as fast as possible. Others were more informal and treated it like a conversation.
I got an offer even though I didn't have any sales or business development/account management experience. My background was more in marketing and communications. I didn't accept because I thought the salary was a little low, and I didn't want to have to work for an additional commission bonus. If you are just applying for this job to get the opportunity to work at Politico, realize that this isn't a glamorous job in a news organization. The office space and culture is cool, but the work itself might not be ideal for everyone.

I had two phone interviews - an initial screening and then a call with a recruiter. I was then invited to the office for an interview, which consisted in 5 rounds with 5 different people, lasting about half an hour each. The process was really repetitive and exhausting, and many of the interviewers were rushing to get through the interview.
