It's a 5 stage process that involved multiple demonstrations and panel interviews. I found that the process was defined at a very high level and wasn't executed very well when it came down to specific steps. Specifically there was too much left up to interpretation for the interviewee. The final step is a teaching of "any" platform but it was highly expressed which one they wanted to see. That just happened to be the one that everyone was an expert on so it ended up being less about the ability to teach and more about knowledge base. Overall I wish that the process was more streamlined and the fat removed but the people were nice enough.
